This, however, came with a condition. After signing the agreement, you give consent against suing your employer for negligence that can potentially occur in the company. While worker’s compensation is indeed mandatory for companies, there are procedures on how to claim it.

My sister was working the other day and she was injured because of a co-worker's mistake and she really wants to get some help because she won't be able to work for the next few days and has some hospital bills for it. She really wants to make sure that she can be compensated for the time that she has had to take off. It could be really useful for her to get a written prescription from a doctor so that she can be more credible and provide a timestamp.
